Ventura Maintenance Association, Inc. a.k.a. Ventura Homeowners Association is a deed mandated association comprised of 1,132 homes, located in an unincorporated portion of Northeast Bexar County in the greater San Antonio, Texas area. This community, referred to as Ventura II and Spring Meadows began development in the 1980’s. It’s conveniently located between Randolph AFB and Ft. Sam Houston, at the intersection of FM 78 and Walzem Road.

SPLASH INTO THE SUMMER!
The pool is now open for the season. In order to access the pool, members must be sure to have the following: Magnetic Pool Card and Pool Pass. Registration is required prior to obtaining either one. Please contact Management with any questions or stop by during business hours.
Magnetic Pool Card replacements and/or additional are $25.00 each.
COMMUNITY POOL USE REMINDER
As of June 8th, 2015, the new pool hours are as follows: Thursday – Sunday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
