Enhancing the quality of life in our neighborhood

Ventura Maintenance Association, Inc. a.k.a. Ventura Homeowners Association is a deed mandated association comprised of 1,132 homes, located in an unincorporated portion of Northeast Bexar County in the greater San Antonio, Texas area. This community, referred to as Ventura II and Spring Meadows began development in the 1980’s. It’s conveniently located between Randolph AFB and Ft. Sam Houston, at the intersection of FM 78 and Walzem Road.

The Ventura Homeowners Association is still looking for skilled members to join the Ventura Maintenance Association committees to help protect our properties, educate our community, keep our neighborhood safe, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
